I’m 17 and i’m quite skinny ever since i’m a kid.. My mum always tells me to eat a lot so that I would gain weight. I ate and ate but nothing happened, i’m still skinny as usual.. What would I do to gain weight..
What i mean about “weight gain” is having a nice body and not having your ribs poke out.. Weight gain but not to the point of being fat..

I am a 27 year old female and have been on Xanax for over 3 years and I am sick of them. They work wonderfully to keep my anxiety at bay, but the little boogers have made me gain 50 pounds! A friend says that they slow your metabolism down to almost non-existent. I think I may have more of a chemical dependency on them by now as my life is not so stressful as it once was. I am 19 years old and I weight 155 pounds. I am 6′3. I have been an athlete my entire life and currently go to the gym 4-5 days a week, and consider myself to be extremely cut.
My problem is my weight. A lot of people tell me to just wait it out, i’ll fill out when I start to mature more, but I’m sick of waiting. I hate being skinny, and I want to change it now.

I recently went from 141 to 115 and I figured after all that wieght loss I could treat myself with some broccoli and fries for dinner and soy icecream for dessert, but I went out of control whent eating that soy icecream and consumed quite a bit. I’m wondering what kind of exercise I can do to prevent gaining weight back from my binge?
