I’m about to go have a girls day out but i don’t want to worry about food and gaining weight when i’m trying to have fun. I just want to eat like a normal person and enjoy life but at the same time exercise and drink plenty of water and i know i’ll be fine but i cant seem to stop worrying about weight gain whats so ever what ur suggestion?

I got into weight training to gain mass and put on weight so believe me when I tell you…when it comes to wanting mass I know EXACTLY where you’re coming from. Because when I started training, I weighed 145 lbs soaking wet. Today, I’m a lean 210 lbs (at a height of 5′10″)!

I found out she had arthritis a month ago and i’ve been giving her medicine for it since then, could that be causing weight gain?
My cousin came over today and said my cat felt and looked heavier and asked if she gained weight.
