I have L-glutamine, creatine, Lipo-6, and green tea capsules, chitosan, and vitamin c. I want to gain weight in muscle.
What time should I take these and can any of these not be combined together?
I do eat a lot and I want to keep up my metabolism and gain in muscle mass.

I quit smoking in March of this year and haven’treally gained all that much weight. I work out three days per week so I welcome any weight gains but haven’t really noticed., I eat alot more, but I probably gained about 10 lbs so far so I’m up to 185 from 175. Can I expect to gain much more? I have a very fast metabolism also.

I keep getting cysts on my ovaries and the doc wants to put me on the pill so that i wont get them any more. im worried about the weight gain?
