The Most Effective Way To Gain Weight In A Healthy Manner?

I am 19 years old and I weight 155 pounds. I am 6′3. I have been an athlete my entire life and currently go to the gym 4-5 days a week, and consider myself to be extremely cut.
My problem is my weight. A lot of people tell me to just wait it out, i’ll fill out when I start to mature more, but I’m sick of waiting. I hate being skinny, and I want to change it now.
What do you suggest for healthy weight gains? Please dont just say eat more, specify.

    i would eat alot of carbs and work out every other day or less to gain muscle and weight. sometimes its hard for people to gain weight who have a fast metabolism, but umm also if u like beer, drink beer or any alcohol for that matter. things with high calories and you should be gaining weight in no time.

    no, i won’t tell you to eat more, it will eventually gain fat, and you don’t want fat, you want muscle, i have been getting rid of my fat lately…. =(
    So, don’t eat unhealthy food, it doesn’t matter how much you eat, it matters of what you eat………
    eat for about 350 cals – 400 cals a meal, and then work out, and drink some protein milk, or protein bar, or stuff like that…….., you will eventually geting stronger AND fatter (i can’t believe i said that)….

    you dont have to eat more,you can if you want to,if you do make sure that your diet is a high protein one.eat and drink protein shakes and bars.you can use protein powders.eat healthy.good luck.
