Eat a lot of fish……seriously. The omega 3 oils or whatever help you to balance out your metabolism while on medications in that class. I believe you could also substitute fish with/or combine with omega fatty acids soft-caps.
Just make sure if you do the caps that you eat them with a meal, after the first couple of bites. That should prevent you from burping up nasty fish taste…..oh, what we do to look good.
Ask your Dr. how many caps to take if you go that route.
The only correct answer will be from your physician. You are aware of that correct ? Then you may want to speak to your Dr. about xanax or even ativan . All you can do is ask about it !! Ask your pharmacy for a print out on those 2 meds & read it carefully & closely & if you decide you’d like one of them then bring your print out with you to show you’ve been doing your homework..
Note that medication may be appropriate for you, and it is your decision, but note it is only short term relief.
This particular type of drug does not suit you, have you considered getting therapy or self help (if you are not already)?
There are many techniques out there, it is a matter of finding the right one for you. Not all of them work for everyone.

Lots of medication of this nature makes you put on weight. Personally i would rather put on weight if the mesication works.
