What Is The Fastest Way To Gain Weight . Any Products Other Than Protein Powder, And Weight Gain Drinks.?

I am going to the air forceand need to gain a little fat fast. Does anybody know of a unique way to gain weight. Any pill, capsule, tablet, of method that adds weight fast. I am male 6 foot 2, 130 pounds, 22 years old. No medical problems just very skinny. PLEASE HELP.

    Eating a cup of rice (measured before cooking) a day will put on weight pretty fast.

    you can gain wait by eating junk, such as chocolate and sodas. be a couch potato, don’t work out. sleep in.and remember to eat junk,no sadads and stick to fast food

    Watch a lot of tv, soda’s will work if you don’t want to get drunk. But the most important thing is to eat a large meal right before bed. You can also herniate a disc in your back. It worked for me! Good Luck

    EAT! Do the opposite of dieting guides. Make sure your biggest meal is the last one in the day. Eat right before you go to bed. Eat high calorie foods. Weight gainers can be good for gradual weight gain over a longer period of time but you need max calories fast. Just EAT!

    wouldnt you prefer muscle, whats fat gunna do for you, just work out with heavy weights, where you can only do 5-8 reps MAX and eat 6 medium sized meals per day, (healthy stuff, not crap) and minimize on the cardio for a bit, give that about 6 weeks, should be a noticeable difference.

    Eat more fatty foods but good ones. I’ve had a small amount to do with the Canadian Air Forces and I’m assuming you don’t want to lose you muscles or anything. Try to eat healthy fat foods and a lot more of everything and tone down as much as you can on your workout without getting sluggish or anything. Good luck in the air force!

    Wow, you are thin. Eat a balanced diet including plenty of carbs. You want your weight gain to be healthy don’t you? Stay away from pill and powders. They’re a waste of money. Beans, rice, potatoes, pasta, Oh I’m sooooooooooo jealous.
