If you have a fast metabolism then nothing really. The best thing I did was worked part time for a moving company (like a gym but they pay you). 
It didn&#039;t increase my weight but it increased muscle tone in the arms, and while I&#039;m still skinny I can easily lift my girl, and the muscle around my rib cage thickened at least to the point where my ribs don&#039;t show.</description>

Protein too, no sugars they will not help.  be sure to work all of the right muscles in the right way, you  may want to inlist the help of a trainer.</description>
