What Is The Best , Easy, Quick ,and Safe Way To Gain Weight?

Im a 6″4 and 160 pound man. I would consider myself skinny. Im trying to gain weight but I dont know how it seems as if nothing works for me , so now ive thought about going to GNC to get some type of weight gain product , Im not sure if it will work I would just like a few more other ways to gain weight and keep it . Im trying to get fit like a buff Calvin Klein underwear model. So basically Im a skinny man who wants muscle , how can I get fit?

    Carbs, lots of carbs. Eat lots of pastas, breads, eat tons of veggies and fruits. All of these have lots of carbohydrates and will pack on the pounds. Protein too, no sugars they will not help. be sure to work all of the right muscles in the right way, you may want to inlist the help of a trainer.

    Eat a lot of protein and weight lift about 3 to 4 times a week. Make sure you also eat properly also!

    I’m in the same boat ( 6′2″ 155lbs)
    If you have a fast metabolism then nothing really. The best thing I did was worked part time for a moving company (like a gym but they pay you).
    It didn’t increase my weight but it increased muscle tone in the arms, and while I’m still skinny I can easily lift my girl, and the muscle around my rib cage thickened at least to the point where my ribs don’t show.
