The first thing you do is see your doctor and discuss your concerns about your weight with him. He can give you a diet and regimen to follow ( cause they usually know us fairly well) that should work. A healthy diet is a big part of it and regular exercise is what will build up existing muscle. Another thing to look at is your age. If your still growing the weight that you are concerned about gaining maybe well on its way in a few months or years time.
eat a lot, lift a lot of weights, get a lot of really rough massages, and don’t neglect the cardio…the heart must be able to support the muscles.
It takes time, and effort, and more time.
Timothy—need to build muscle not heavy weight dough boy fat guy.. Start by lifting weights–not power lifting… Use light weights and do 50 reps or what you can do with 20 pounds. If you get weights bumbells get two one for the left and one for the right hand… Look around some of the guys have 110 lbs weight sets and you can all pump iron. Do push ups and crunches. If you smoke –QUIT..
Hopefully you are adding good progressive resistance training in addition to your suppliments. Ingest protien for building muscle and complex carbs for the energy to get through the workouts.
Shud not bother.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Creatin. And don’t believe the critics – it’s safe. It’s nothing at all like steroids or growth hormones. And hit the weights.
