Does Anyone Know Of A Really Good Supplement For Weight Gain And Muscle Gain?

my b/f has a super high metabolism and cannot gain weight for anything and he wants to gain some weight to build into muscle.he was on creatine before but started getting some bad side effects and quit taking it so i wanted to know of a really good supplement for putting weight on thats wont have any bad side effects and will actually work for someone with a high metobolism? and a price and location to get this.

    LOTS of sodapop (not real healthy but man that craps got alot of calories) and have him set a goal. He cant be a lazy bastard to gain weight the healthy way either. Hes gotta actually workj out. Muscle weighs more than fat.
    Plus, it makes you hungrier exercising :D

    if you get him a full range amino acids this has helped several guys in my health food stores to balance the metabolism and utilize the vitamins going in.     Creatine is just a way to get energy to your muscles from your bloodstream when your muscles have burned up all their built-in energy. It wouldn’t help him gain weight in anyway. There are weight gain shakes that do not have any creatine in them, that would be a good place to start.
    Consuming a ton of calories is a good start. Sugary, fatty foods will probably add weight in general, but protein will help build muscles. He should have about 50-80% of his weight in protein grams each day (so if he weighs 150 lbs he should have 75-120 grams of protein) and the rest of his calories should come from fat and carbs.

    i lost some weight when i was sick and i had to gain weight quickly
    its a high calorie drink that has lots of vitamins and minerals
    drink like 3-4 a day
    its like 6$ for a case of like 8
