Your Ultimate Guide to Gaining Weight

What Can I Do To Stop Cravings And Weight Gain During Pms?

Every month, it’s the same thing. I feel like I can’t stop eating. I can tell a big difference in my appetite during PMS and I always feel bloated during that time. I hate feeling hungry all the time but I don’t want to give in and gain weight either. I try to start a diet but always want to throw it out the window when PMS rolls around.

Geez, you sound just like me! I do the same thing, start a diet only to get hit with PMS cravings and as soon as its over I feel the cravings go away only to have gain whatever I lost during my period! Very frustrating!

One thing I do when my appetite is out of whack, or I’m craving sweets is buy some hard candy. Life Savers makes some really good sugar free ones. Also, Fuze makes a line of fruit drinks called Slenderize that are available in regular grocery stores…10 calories for the whole bottle (it’s big). Just keep alot of food around that isn’t going to make you gain weight like low-fat yogurt, or fruit snacks (like the fruit roll ups) or baked chips if you feel like snacking. Watch your sodium if you are getting bloated.Once the weather gets nice, take a long walk and you’ll feel better all around.
