I am in great physical condition and health. I exercise for 2 hours a day at least 5 times a week. However I have always loved sweets especially chocolate and brownies. I always feel like its not living if you don’t enjoy the things you love. I have the type of body that will gain weight so fast if I am not careful. Dose anyone know of a good dessert that I can eat without worrying too much of weight gain?

Luckily I don’t have a sweet tooth but my husband does. I make him a pudding parfait using fat-free, sugar free chocolate (or double fudge) pudding, layered with cool whip free, and sometimes fruit slices, he likes bananas with chocolate but strawberries would do too.
We’re both on weight watchers and its delicious and low in fat and calories.
Special K with chocolate
Fat Free chocolate/brownie ice cream or yogurt
A York Peppermint Patty
Cocoa Pebbles or Cocoa Puffs
Skinny Cow or Weight Watchers Chocolate Ice Cream Sandwiches
Any of those things can be enjoyed in moderation. They all have little to no fat, and less calories than chocolate candy bars, ice cream, brownies, etc.
