Your Ultimate Guide to Gaining Weight

How Can You Build Strength And Speed With Minimal Weight Gain?

I’m a wrestler, so I need to be strong and explosive, but I have to keep my weight as low as possible. What are some training methods/supplements that could help me with attaining these goals? (I wouldn’t mind getting heavier, but I don’t want to gain 15 lbs or anything like that)

I’m not big on suppliments and I’m no wrestler-But I can give some training advice-I’m assuming you already work out? but you should work on sprinting and speed drills like basketball ones. Stairs will help build your muscles-
But do intervals it’s not a good idea to go all out-for example jog for a couple minutes warm up (if treadmilling) gradually increase speed for 1 minute for 4 minutes then recover
If running outdoors-jog 2 minutes sprint 1 or whatever feels comfortable-
Just by doing cardio (change it up-cross training is the ultimate for muscle growth) activity period it will keep your weight down (fat) and by strength training you’ll build some much needed muscle-overall strength training is the best way but I’ve included a link with some hints for you! Hope that helps
